OMG! Donnie Wahlberg’s TV sons, Andrew and Tony Terraciano, are brothers?!
Blue Bloods is about so much more than the (very realistic) stories of the NYPD’s finest. The CBS series also centers around the theme of family, specifically the Reagans and how they balance their personal and professional lives.
Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, and Donnie Wahlberg are just showing off their skills when they act as though they’re related to each other. But there’s one duo who doesn’t have to pretend at all.
Andrew and Tony Terraciano play Sean and Jack Reagan, and have co-starred on the show since the very first season. Their characters are the sons of Danny Reagan (Donnie) and the grandsons of Frank Reagan (Tom). The Cheat Sheet reports that Tony was only 8 and Andrew was just 6 when they were first hired, and the two have grown up right before viewers’ very eyes, from young tykes to quarreling teens.

It might seem surreal to star on primetime TV so young, but the Terracianos have said they’re just like any other kids their age. “Me and my friends we really all do the same things except I’m out once a week and I just have to kind of catch up on homework,” Andrew told CBS New York back in 2016.
Throughout the nine seasons, the two have faced some poignant moments together, including the devastating death of their on-screen mother, Linda Reagan (Amy Carlson). And now, their appearances together will be few and far between, as Jack is headed to college on the show and Tony is actually doing the same in real life. A CBS spokesperson told CountryLiving.com that Tony will be returning to New York to film as his schedule allows—and we can’t wait for the family reunion!
