Karen Kline and Linda Hunt, who is famous for her role in “NCIS,” live in a 1919 Craftsman house that has been refurbished. The property, which is being renovated, has charming and whimsical touches like vintage furniture and light fixtures fashioned like stars.
Topiary tree wallpaper by Designers Guild adorns the 200 square foot sunroom. New England architecture is reflected on the façade. One of the house’s modifications was moving the central hallway to make more room.
The residence is enhanced with a bedroom that has been made into a den/library, and the master bathroom has walls painted lavender. Refinished cabinetry and door and window trim in a New England blue color scheme are on display in the kitchen. In spite of obstacles, such as a vehicle accident in 2018, Linda keeps going strong and keeps working on “NCIS.”
The 76-year-old takes great delight in relaxing with her 70-year-old husband and their two dogs in their exquisitely renovated home.
