NCIS, a popular procedural drama, introduced enduring characters Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, played by Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo. Their on-screen chemistry fueled speculation about a real-life romance. DiNozzo, introduced in 2003, became a fixture with his sarcastic charm.
