“Quick and Easy No-CookChocolate Peanut Butter Cookies”

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a large saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow it to boil for one minute, then remove from heat.

Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.

Add the oats and vanilla extract, mixing until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a silicone baking mat. Allow the cookies to cool and set for about 30 minutes.

Once cooled and set, the cookies are ready to be enjoyed!

Note: This recipe makes approximately 24 cookies, but you can adjust the quantities based on your preferences.
